The Job

  • You are responsible for managing outstanding debts. While speaking with debtors over the phone, you negotiate payment arrangements that reflect their personal and financial situations.
  • You manage newly terminated files and ensure the enforcement of guarantees. You follow up on agreed repayment plans and both amicable and legal procedures, through phone, mail, email, and our specialized tools.
  • You maintain constructive contact with various stakeholders, both internal and external, such as colleagues from other departments and partners.
  • Together with us, you help people live a debt-free life. It is your responsibility to choose the best strategy that meets the expectations of all parties involved.
  • You will be welcomed with a comprehensive onboarding program and supported through individual coaching.

Your Added Value

  • Experience in negotiation and a background in administrative work are solid foundations for this position.
  • Knowledge of bank debt recovery (B2B and B2C) and the consumer credit law is an asset.
  • With your friendliness, empathy, and clear communication, you quickly build a climate of trust with your contacts.
  • You are flexible, work in a structured way, and possess a strong team spirit. You’re a true team player who goes the extra mile to achieve goals.
  • You have a solution-oriented mindset and approach tasks pragmatically, using your analytical, critical, and creative thinking skills.
  • You speak fluent Dutch with excellent spelling, and you have a good understanding of French, allowing you to follow interventions by French-speaking colleagues during meetings.
